A: All Unison Marketplace customers with an open balance receive monthly statements via our online payment platform Versapay.
If you have not received payment from the Buyer or if delivery of the contract is not yet complete, please provide an update on the estimated time of completion to invoicing@unisonglobal.com so we may update our records. This will not prevent you from receiving monthly statements, but will ensure that your account is up-to-date with the invoicing team.
