A: Once a Buy is awarded, an invoice is generated for the Unison Marketplace Fee and provided to the Seller at both the time of award and at 60 days, per our Terms of Use.
If you have not received payment from the Buyer or if delivery of the contract is not yet complete prior to the 60 days, please provide an update on the estimated time of completion to invoicing@unisonglobal.com so we may update our records. While the invoice date will not change Unison Marketplace will work with you to determine an appropriate payment date based on the information provided.
