CPAR stands for Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System. Essentially, a CPAR Contractor Rep is a representative from your company who can speak on behalf of your company’s performance history.  The Rep should be able to give a narrative of past projects. The CPAR contractor Rep acts as a reference for the Buyer, aiding in the Buyer’s due diligence.

Adding a CPAR:

  1. On the Terms page, fill out the name, phone number, and email address of the CPAR Contractor Rep.
  2. Make sure to eliminate any special characters in the phone number field, such as hyphens or parentheses.
  3. Once you have filled out the CPAR information, click Save
  4. After saving, be sure to select the name from the dropdown, then scroll down and click Continue to the Line Items page - do not click “Save CPARS”.
