Should this situation arise, contact your Account Manager. Unison Marketplace can return the buy to a status of Pending Award at the Buyer’s request. The Buyer will then be able to award to another Seller or repost the buy at their discretion. The case will also be referred to the Unison Marketplace Assurance department for further review and potential action.
Additionally, Buyers have the ability to place a Performance Alert on the Seller who was unable to fulfill their obligations to the Buyer. The alert will remain on the Seller for 18 months unless the Buyer chooses to remove it sooner.
