Sellers can indirectly submit questions or comments after a buy has closed.  Although Sellers are not able to access the Questions & Responses section on a buy while it is in Pending Award status to submit a question, they do have the ability to email the Marketplace Support team – who in turn will submit the questions and comments through the system for the Buyer’s review.
