When proceeding with an award, the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use do not obligate a Buyer to make an award to the lowest bid submitted. In instances when it has been determined that a Seller’s bid is not technically acceptable, Buyers can proceed as they normally would in the evaluation process.
The Unison Marketplace Bidding Requirements for each buy include a clause notifying Sellers that an award may be based on factors other than pricing. Please see the Unison Marketplace Terms of Use for additional information.
