Should this situation arise, the best practice would be to request the interested Seller submit their bid on to Unison Marketplace.  If your buy is Pending Award, the End Date can be modified by selecting the Extend Buy feature under the Quick Links section and allow the Seller to edit their pricing.  This will ensure all bids will be documented in one platform, and will allow the potential Seller to compete on the same fair and open playing field as the other Sellers participating on the requirement.
