When a Buyer posts a solicitation on Unison Marketplace, the opportunity is considered to be exclusively listed; therefore, any interested vendor(s) must submit a bid directly on the Unison Marketplace platform to participate in the competitive process. A Buyer may have previously requested a quote from you directly, as a part of market research and/or cost estimation process, but in order to be eligible for award, you must respond to the Unison Marketplace posting. Unison Marketplace serves as a neutral marketplace where Sellers’ bids are documented for the Buyer.
