Buyers and Sellers are able to retrieve their password using the ‘Forgot Password’ feature by following the steps below:
1. Click the link labeled ‘Forgot Password’ on the Unison Marketplace login screen.
2. Enter the representative email address used to log into your Unison Marketplace account.
3. Click the ‘Continue’ button on the bottom right of the screen.
4. Answer the Security Question that was initially set up during the registration process.
5. Click the ‘Continue’ button on the bottom right of the screen.
Check your email for an automated email from Unison Marketplace. The email will contain a link which will direct you to reset your password on your Unison Marketplace profile.
If you are locked out of your account due to exceeding the maximum number of log in attempts, you can contact Marketplace Support to have your account unlocked by calling 1.877.933.3243 or submitting a request here.
